Our services:

Psychotherapy and Counselling... are opportunities to work, with the guidance and support of a trained professional practitioner, on the issues and problems affecting your life and relationships.

You are able to work towards developing the personal qualities and skills that will enable you to make more life enhancing choices and to nourish a healthier relationship with yourself.

Couple counselling... provides a safe  place for couples to work through and resolve issues between them with the support and facilitation of an impartial counsellor.

This can be across the many stages of relationships, for example - making commitment early on; later negotiating issues and sustaining intimacy; to managing the end of a relationship well.

Supervision and Mentoring... is a professional forum for support, education, self-care and clinical case management for individuals and small groups.
